A Fargo company is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join their team. This person will be wearing several hats, as they will be assisting the accounting department.


Job responsibilities:

• Perform data entry of financial transactions in accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end close processes.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely entries.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and file financial documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
