Administrative Sales Intern: Assist the Sales Support Team with detailed administrative tasks.
* Able to work in the Gaithersburg office :
30 West Watkins Mill Road, Gaithersburg
Essential Duties:
- Review and correct data in various databases (Salesforce, Procore, HingePoint, and SharePoint)
- Assist in updating processes associated with Salesforce, Procore, and SharePoint
- Collaborate and assist with set up of department SharePoint page
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Available to work Spring Semester, 15 - 20 hours per week in-person. Once fully trained, potential flexibility for remote work
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Computer savvy, active working knowledge in MS Office - SharePoint
- Proactive and productive, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently, can-do attitude
- Able to sit at a desk for long periods of time
