**Job Summary:**
In this position, you will be responsible for as an ambassador of our purpose, to imagine and create better ways of living, and fostering collaboration with our people and beautiful centered workspace within the office or remote workspaces. This role is responsible for greeting guests and providing a welcoming experience by engaging others by foster creativity and collaboration that addresses peoples needs.
**Essential Job Functions**
Front Desk Reception (20%-time allocation)
* Greet and provide exceptional and positive experience at our Eagan Office for visitors, customers, vendors and employees from other locations by engaging with a human-centered lens
* Ensure necessary security sign-in procedures and safety protocols are followed.
* Monitor and triage the Front Desk email/voicemail mailbox
* Maintain scheduling of hoteling daily In/Out employee log.
* Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including UPS, FedEx; arrange for inter-office mail transport.
Concierge (20%-time allocation)
* Manage conference room calendars, food and beverage needs for meetings and fullfill requests from guests
* Ensure the lobby area represents a positive first impression thoughout the day.
* Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Mail Room and storage room supply cabinets including inventory management
* Partner with other team members to develop concierge services that are aligned with our human center design principles
Project Management - (50%-time allocation)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and maintain processes and procedures to support workforce management
* Provide support to facilitate workspaces for employees either in the office or working remotely
* Develop and maintain up-to-date workspace experience process and procedures
* Reconcile and balance invoices and statements
* Support other miscellaneous projects or events as requested.
Eagan Facility Support (10%-time allocation)
* Execute daily open/close office procedures and healthy and safety protocols
* Collaborate with Facility Manager to assist and contact vendors to support our office needs ie. Vending machines, electrical, plumbing, waste management (recycle, trash), etc.
* Stay current on Emergency Response procedures; assist in execution of emergency response drills
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

* Proven ability to communicate professionally with different departments and levels within an organization, internally and externally, including executive leadership.

* Project Management experience

* Demonstrate skills in organization, attention to detail, prioritization of tasks

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet
* Effective written and verbal skills.
* Ability to travel 10%
**Education / Experience**
* Bachelors degree in business, marketing or a related field required
* 2+ years of related experience
* Ability to lift 25 pounds.
