  • Conduct safety briefings and ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Resource Management on-site:

  • Manage the on-site inventory of cabling materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring that resources are available as needed for efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Stakeholder Liaison:

  • Act as the on-site point of contact for the Project Manager and other stakeholders, providing updates on the progress of structured cabling installation and testing.
  • Communicate any technical issues or changes in the scope of work to the Project Manager for resolution.

Training and Development:

  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills in fiber and copper cabling installation and testing techniques.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or Construction Management) preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in structured cabling installations, with expertise in both fiber and copper cabling systems, and at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
