Chapman Ford in Scottsdale is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to join our dynamic team! The Receptionist greets visitors and provides customer support in person and over the phone, ensuring each guest enjoys a positive experience. This role also provides clerical support to the sales and management team. Core Responsibilities:

• Promptly greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department of staff member for assistance
• Manage a multi-line phone system, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
• Assist with clerical tasks including sorting and filing documents, emails, etc.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist or related experience is preferred, but not necessary
• Strong communication skills; listens and conveys information effectively
• Service oriented: cooperative, helpful and easily connects with others
• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environment while consistently delivery excellent customer support
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) preferred
• Punctual and reliable
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment We are open 8AM to 9PM Monday – Friday and 8AM to 8PM on Saturdays, and closed Sundays. We are looking for flexible candidates with open availability during our business hours. Some even and Saturday shifts will be required. This is a full time onsite position, where you will work at the reception desk in the sales showroom.
