About the Role: We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Independent Travel Advisors. This is an exciting opportunity for those who love travel, enjoy connecting with others, and have a strong sales drive. As an Independent Travel Advisor, you will help both business and leisure travelers create unforgettable travel experiences, while building long-lasting relationships.

What You'll Do: As a Travel Advisor, your primary responsibility will be selling a variety of travel products, including international and domestic flights, hotel stays, cruises, rental cars, and tour packages. You will work closely with clients to develop customized travel itineraries that meet their needs, while sharing your knowledge and expertise about destinations, suppliers, and the latest travel trends.
You will also:
Provide excellent customer service to build trust and foster repeat business.
Stay up-to-date on new travel products, destinations, and industry developments.
Utilize your sales skills to meet or exceed goals and contribute to the team's success.
Can I Work Remotely? Yes! This position is primarily remote, allowing you to work from home most of the week. However, you will be required to attend weekly updates, training sessions, and sales meetings in the office.
Opportunities for Growth: This is an entry-level position, with extensive in-house training to help you grow in your career. We value continuous development, and as you gain experience and achieve your sales and customer service goals, you may have the opportunity to take on leadership roles, such as becoming a manager.
Required / Preferred Qualifications:
A college degree is required; we prefer a degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
You must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
At least 2 years of successful retail sales, customer service, or retail banking experience is preferred.
You should be comfortable working irregular hours, including evenings, to support customer needs.
You must be able to maintain regular business hours while working from home.
A strong sales mindset, with a passion for exceeding goals and achieving success.
Proficiency with computers, including navigating multiple systems and web browsers, and using Microsoft Office.
You should be comfortable with paperwork and highly organized.
