Key Responsibilities
Your daily work will include:
The most successful person in this role will be resourceful & innovative in removing barriers and seeking resolutions; will be able to successfully multi-task and keep themselves on-task; know when to escalate potential issues before they become a customer problem and how to de-escalate critical issues and communicate effectively.
Other Duties: Rapidly develop an understanding of the LSPedia solution and architecture and learn to configure various features of the application. Must collaborate across Professional Services and other key areas such as Engineering and Operations. Engages the client and is able to explain applications and functions in an easy- to-understand manner.
Some travel may be required. May need to visit clients & their trading partners.
Must be able to spend time interfacing with counterparts and team members from customers and their partners.
