We are seeking a driven and diligent Real Estate Agent to become part of our team! The perfect candidate will be enthusiastic, possess outstanding communication skills, and have a passion for helping people discover their ideal home.

This role demands a self-motivated individual who is ready to work hard and learn swiftly. While experience as a Real Estate Agent is preferred, we are also open to training a newcomer who is eager to learn. This is a 1099, commission-only position.

The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying and selling both residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include identifying suitable properties for clients, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating agreements. Additionally, the agent will maintain client relationships, stay informed on market trends, and handle other real estate transaction-related tasks.

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving abilities, be well-organized, and capable of working independently. A valid driver’s license is also necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generate for 15 hours a week
  • Conduct at least two open houses monthly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
